Kenyan's main opposition ralia odinga told supporters he would be sworn in on December 12

This comes shortly after the inauguration of president uhuru Kenyatta who was sworn in for a second time on Tuesday. Such moves could create division says expert.

Last year, Kenyans were angered when Kenyatta Said he couldn't fight corruption because his hands were tied up. His government has also promised to improve on police accountability, but only two police has ever been convicted of murder despite several murders complaint.

On the other hand odinga supporters see much talk of unity as tantamous to surrender,many of them are drawn from poorer part of the country are angered because they are locked out of power and and the patronage it brings.
